Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work as a consultant for one of our clients in the defense industry. Your main responsibility will be to produce and update technical publications such as maintenance, operator, and installation manuals. You will closely collaborate with development teams and technical specialists to ensure correct content and structure in the documentation. The work requires proficiency in relevant standards and tools, including STE (Simplified Technical English), S1000D, and Uptime 4, to ensure consistency and high quality in all materials.

Qualifications (Must-haves)

• Documented experience in writing maintenance, operator, and installation manuals
• Good knowledge of Uptime 4
• Experience with STE (Simplified Technical English)
• Knowledge of and experience with S1000D
• Background in the defense sector
• Independent and structured work methodology
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship)

Meritorious (Nice to have)

• Advanced competence in electronic warfare (EW)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams
• Good ability to quickly understand complex technical information
